There’s like 20 signatures, am I going to pay for all of them?
Only the ones that actually require notarization or that you want to get notarized. Some sets of documents only have one or a few documents that need to be notarized. Usually, a notary block follows the signers signature indicating notarization is required.
Can you drop-off documents at FedEx, UPS, or USPS after signing and get drop-off confirmation?

Can you scan the documents and email them back to me after signing?

What identification is required?
All signers must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Acceptable forms include:

The name on the ID must match the name on the document.
Can you notarize documents in hospitals or for elderly clients?
Yes, we frequently provide notary services in hospitals, care homes, and assisted living facilities. The signer must be mentally aware and able to communicate willingly and clearly.
Do you notarize documents in other languages?
We can notarize documents written in other languages as long as we can communicate with the signer in English and the signer understands the document and the notarization process. Please confirm language compatibility when scheduling.
